The Hundred Penny Box


How does this book compare/contrast to War With Grandpa?  Did it have a similar theme?  After you write a few sentences comparing and contrasting the two books, please also let me know your thoughts about how the story ended.

    In war with grandpa,Grandpa came to live with Peter and in Hundred penny box,Aunt Dew lived with Michael and his family.

    In war with grandpa peter dosen't like his granpa . And Hundred penny box Michael loves aunt dew. They both have an old person in the book. They also had some one who didn't like someone

    In War With Granpa the Granpa lost his Wife. In The Hundred Penny Box the Aunt lost her Husband.
    Point of view in War With Granpa is 1st person. In the Hundred Penny Box the point of veiw is 3rd person.

    In War with Grandpa,Grandpa wife died.In hundred penny box,Aunt Dew's husband died.War with Grandpa's point of view is 1rd person and in Hundred penny box, point of view is 3rd person.Peter was mean to Granpa and Michael was nice to Aunt Dew.

    I the war with grandpa peter's grandpa came to Move with his family.I the hundred penny box aumnt dew came to move with them.The war with grandpa the point of view is 1st. In hundred penny box the piont of view is 3rd.

    In war with Granpa peter was mad about Grandpa takeing his room.In the hundred penny box Aunt Dew is dieing Aunt Dew is going in and out.The point of veiw is 1st person and 2nd person in the hundred penny box. In war with Grandpa the point of veiw is first person and 3rd person.

    In War With Granpa,granpas wife died.In hundred penny box,Aunt Dews husband died.And in War With Granpa it is 1st person.And hundred penny box was 3rd person.Also Aunt Dew is old .And granpa is old to thats probably there in common.

    2.In war with grandpa Peter doesn't like granpa. And in hundred penny box Muchael likes Aunt Dew. And the point of view of hundred penny box is 3'rd person point of view. And war with grandpa the point of view is 1'st person. And the theme of hpb is to see it my way. And war with grandpa is to be nice

    In both stories THE WAR WITH GRANDPA and THE HUNDRED PENNY BOX they both are 3rd person limited because it has feelings.

    WAR WITH GRANDPA
    in war with grandpa peter has a sister. He also has a grandpa. Peter is mad because his grandpa took his room.
    THE HUNDRED penny BOX
    Machael has a grandma. Michael is mad because his mother wants to throw out the hundred penny box. Michael grandma is one hundred years old.
    SAME
    IN WAR WITH GRANDPA and THE HUNDRED PENNY BOX both of the kids were both boys. They both have grandparents.
